WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
For two years following the date of purchase, Griffin Company Inc. guarantees that all products will be free from material and workmanship flaws when used normally.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain Warranty service. The warranty is exclusive to the original owner and is not transferable.
Misuse or abuse-related damage is not covered by this guarantee. If we find a flaw, we'll fix it, replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value, and send it back to you for free.
***Products that have undergone structural or cosmetic modification, improper handling, improper storage, or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.***
*Warranty for non Griffin Company Inc. items must go directly through the manufacturer.
Griffin Company Inc. wants you to be happy with your purchase entirely. Please get in touch with us at Keith@griffincompany.ca within 14 days of delivery if you're not satisfied or if your product is flawed.

***There are no refunds or cancellations for preorders, and by placing a preorder, the customer accepts these terms.***
Costs associated with shipping and handling are not refundable. Returns need to be brand-new, in their original packaging, and with any promotional items still inside.
Approximately 5 business days after your return is received, we'll complete your refund less any necessary deductions (shipping costs, customs charges, taxes or levies).
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
***For packages that are stolen or disappear after delivery, we accept no liability. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is no longer covered by insurance.***
*It is the purchasers obligation to be aware of both the import and local knife regulations in their area.
